Anger Management...

How do you vent your anger?

1. Yelling
2. Throwing things
3. Shutting yourself in your room
4. Making faces
5. Pushing people
6. Kicking

Whenever I get angry I immediately start to throw things. Be it, a math book, paper, pencil, eraser, light bulb...I am still, however, waiting for the day when I will chuck a fork in the wall...

With me, its usually the first or third. And when I start yelling I shout a bunch of really retarted and dumb stuff just to make my point...not something very pretty to hear.

Hmm....that'd be funny to see you throw a fork into the wall.

yelling is defanitely a weak point of mine. I also have a problem, which i am slowly correcting, with shoving. But if it's my mom who gets me mad i usually hold it all in and kinda try to get over it.

depending on the person, I either get very quiet, or I get very mean. I don't do so much physically.

I yell. Loudly. And break quiet hours...oops. But that's more mild annoyance/amusement than anger.

If I'm mad for real, I just don't talk to you and stew inside. Not really good either.

Like Mary, I would say either the first of third. Mainly depending on who I'm angry at. :-P
