We got our new piano!! It's so cool, in the top picture is the piano I have been playing and practicing on for the last 10 years...and the bottom picture is our new one! It's so cool to have a nice piano to practice on everyday...one that is closer to the piano's that I'll perform on. Even though it's not a grand, it does what I need it too. For you people who put detail at a high importance level...our old piano was a 1937 baldwin acrosonic...and our new one is a 1996 kawaii. Anyway regardless of what it's called I love our new piano!!

neat, we've had our piano for as long as i can remember, i'm sure before i was born. but it doesn't get played very much.
***jealousy*** I love how you can see the reflection of your hands in it. :-) I've only ever played new pianos like that at recitals and music stores. luuucky! :-P hehe.
I think I'd take the old one over the new one....as long as it's in tune...
Whoa! Cool! The new one is WAY better, of course!!! :)
So lets see what we've got on mafia.
Not a senior, probably home schooled.
You could have done this to me if you had tried, but you where all to busy doing your little things.
Untill next time,
The Phantom of the Kitchen.
the piano we have is a Kawaii. It doesn't get played much though, and it isn't NEARLY as fabulous as your Kawaii. I also suppose it stands out more in your house since it's black! the bummer about the color is that it shows dust REALLY easily.
It looks really nice, I'm glad you guys ended up finding one! Did you get it in Indy?? I guess this means you need to get started on that new CD! ;-)
Not sure which one I like better. Good to see you enjoying the new one :-)
Nice piano, man! On thing I noticed here is you get a LOT of comments on your posts! :)
thats really cool! Paino's are really sweet! I love Black baby grands! But your paino is really nice. Have you made any more CD's? Send one if you have.
ttyl
e-mail me some day. ;)
gah. Still no pipe organ setting. What are all these new pianos comming to?
If you play Katchaturian all the dust jumps off and runs away.
To his ilustrious hairness,
Lafayette has a theater organ and they tend to prefer real painos.
The Phantom of the Kitchen.
Oooooooo :) We got a new piano a couple of years ago. Well, new to us at least. I have no clue what kind it is, of course, because I never pay attention to stuff like that. We need to get a newer one eventually, though. We got ours tuned just a month or so ago and it's already sounding like it needs it again :P
I imagine you are plagued with hair, like the rest of humanity, unless you are an old groutchy adult, but they usually have decent spelling, or a kid on chemo. Of course, you could be some hairless alien quazi inteligence...
So am I a senior?
My dear Mr. Graham,
You are really bizar.
The Phantom of the Kitchen.
My dear Mr. Graham (who knows who I am; I would have told you if Sam didn't want me to and if Andrew hadn't first),
A real piano does not have a pipe organ setting. You can find those things on electric pianos, which aren't half as good as real pianos. And Andrew, don't worry about playing Khatchaturian (previously misspelled). You probably won't play his music anyway, though-- and don't believe that stuff about the dust running away. The soundboard on my piano is covered with dust and playing Khatchaturian didn't help. Neither did Bartok or Prokofiev.
Your esteemed piano expert,
The Archduke of the Keyboard
