Dentists and Wisdom teeth

I don't know what it is, but dentists seem to have a knack for pulling wisdom teeth. I mean, how many people do YOU know who hasn't had there wisdom teeth pulled. I would rather keep my wisdom teeth. But, as they say, "it's all for your own good because you mouth isn't big enough to keep those teeth". Well, maybe it's a good thing my mouth isn't that big, I mean, it's big enough...well...
So, tomorrow morning I will be having my wisdom teeth pulled t 9:00. So while you are all doing schoolwork, or working or what have you, I will be fast asleep on drugs...exciting huh?...and will be probably sleeping all through tomorrow. It should be quite an uneventful day...really...

Besides all that, if you could pray that the operation works like it's supposed to and that they pull ONLY the wisdom teeth I would appreciate it. It's not exactly a nice knowing that some random person is going to be digging around my mouth while I'm on drugs pulling teeth out...but...that's the life of a 21st century teenager...

When my dad had to have his wisdom teeth taken out he was too poor to pay for a surgery, so the dentist had to put his knee on Dad's chest and cut 'em out and pulled 'em the rest of the way. You should consider yourself blessed 'cause Dad didn't have any anesthecia (er however you spell it) and novicane wore off. Later that day when he went out to plow a field he had to work on the tracter engine and he lost ALL of his pain medication!!!!!!!!!!! tough, huh?

my aunt still has hers, so I have hope *crosses fingers* I've never had any surgery/dental thing done in my whole life, my worst injury was when I twisted my ankle and it got inflamed and stuff, but that's 'bout it...

I was gonna be the first to comment but the internet at my house is messed up so I couldn't read the word verrification thingy.

Just for encouragement's sake (snicker snicker) I know several people who have had the wrong teeth pulled...

I have never had mine pulled, although I'm not sure that I might not eventually need to suffer it.
My father has never had his wisdom teeth removed, although (as he says) it hasn't made him wiser :-)

Hey Andrew it isn't that bad at all! It is a lot better then I thought it was. Since I did it right before we moved, and we were in the middle of moving and having a moving sale, I wasn't able to just stay in bed and do nothing, I had to help out still, and get most stuff for myself. I hope the operation went well.

I may not need to have my wisdom pulled-- the dentist said I have a big mouth. In a good sense, that is.
